Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Apps Engineer II to own, automate, and improve our SaaS platform stack including Jira, Confluence, and related tools. You will lead complex workflows, governance, and integrations across Engineering, Product, Ops, and Business teams to drive efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes scripting, AI-assisted development, and scalable solutions, with a focus on security, performance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS apps, with Atlassian focus.
• Strong Jira/Confluence administration, automation, and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Design complex workflows, automation rules, and permissions to support diverse processes.
• Develop automation using Jira Automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Lead integrations with Okta, GitHub, CI/CD and other enterprise systems.
• Establish governance: templates, naming, permissions, data retention.
• Mentor juniors and partner with Security/Compliance on enterprise standards.
