Job summary

Vichara is seeking an experienced Atlassian Platform Administrator to manage Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Jira Service Management at scale. You will configure projects, workflows, and automation, while collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and reporting.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and enterprise tooling, with a focus on delivering reliable service portals, dashboards, and integrations with other systems. Strong REST API experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
4+ years administering Atlassian platforms in enterprise environments.
5+ years experience with Jira Cloud administration, workflows, automation, governance.
Deep expertise in Confluence administration and enterprise collaboration strategies.
Strong experience designing enterprise-scale automations and integrations.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management in the Cloud.
Manage projects, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, issue types, screens, and custom fields.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Design and maintain workflows, forms, automations, and project configurations.
Create dashboards, reports, filters, and metrics for operations and management reporting.
Support Agile, ITSM, and business process workflows across departments.
