Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA license or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS and related standards
• Proven ability to lead large, high-risk engagements and teams
• Excellent communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the firm’s most complex assurance engagements (audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures).
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues (revenue recognition, lease accounting, consolidations).
• Develop engagement strategies and budgets; ensure client objectives and risk management are aligned.
• Supervise and mentor Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates to foster development and accountability.
• Review client deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
