Qualifications

• 8+ years of assurance-related experience with leadership responsibilities.
• CPA license and degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to lead large, high-risk engagements from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the firm’s most complex assurance engagements.
• Serve as a technical expert in GAAP, GAAS and other standards for internal and client teams.
• Develop and oversee engagement strategies, budgets, and client objectives.
• Review and approve client deliverables ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and supervise Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates for performance and development.
• Participate in firm-wide business development and client relationship building.
