The role emphasizes leadership, client advisory, and risk management in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in assurance, a CPA license, and strong communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and clients while driving quality and efficiency across multiple

Qualifications

• CPA licensed and bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in assurance-related work with large-scale engagements.
• Deep technical expertise in GAAP/GAAS and evolving standards.
• Proven track record leading high-risk engagements from planning to delivery.
• Strong communication with executive presence and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex assurance engagements across diverse industries.
• Provide guidance on revenue recognition, leases, and consolidations per GAAP/GAAS.
• Develop engagement strategies aligned with client objectives and risk controls.
• Review budgets and ensure high-quality client service while managing resources.
• Coach and develop Managers and Senior Associates; drive team performance reviews.
• Engage in firm-wide business development and maintain strong client relationships.
