Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments, specifically within premium or performance-driven brands.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic thinking to solve operational hurdles.
• Experienced facilitator delivering technical or operational training and coaching to diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance to reflect premium standards.
• Lead and coach the team on Cloud CX philosophy and service excellence.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
