Job summary
On is seeking an Associate Store Leader in Detroit to drive operational excellence and elevate our premium brand experience. You will independently manage floor operations and coach a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our Cloud CX philosophy.
Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize workflows, manage stock with forecasts, and partner with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in retail leadership or premium/service brands.
- Advanced problem-solving with systemic thinking to solve operational hurdles.
- Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching.
- High emotional intelligence with reflection and growth.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance, ensuring a premium environment.
- Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, setting benchmarks for customer-centric service.
- Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
- Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive changes in store performance.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate training sessions for professional development.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and shared purpose within the team.
