Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/high‑touch service environments.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
• Lead and coach the team on customer‑centricity and service excellence.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive store performance.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training for professional development.
• Drive the store’s vision and culture of trust and accountability.
