Formación

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/high-touch service environments.
• Experience delivering operational training to diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and systemic thinking to solve store challenges.
• Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.
• You work with authenticity and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
