Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and team engagement in our premium retail environment. You will translate On’s customer-centric approach into daily practice, autonomously while championing your team’s successes.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize store workflows, lead floor operations, coach the team on Cloud CX, and foster a culture of high performance and authentic service, ensuring premium standards are consistently met and elevated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching.
• High level of emotional intelligence and performance reflection.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations.
• Lead and coach the team on customer-centric service and Cloud CX philosophy.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics.
• Analyze daily KPIs and drive positive changes in store performance.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate team training and development.
• Drive the store vision and foster trust and accountability.
