ON.com LLC seeks a Store Leader for On Store Detroit at The Somerset to own the overall store performance and fan experience. You will drive commercial results, curate premium service, and position the store in the market with a community-driven, elevated customer journey.

You will lead recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing team, using data to optimize operations and maintain premium standards across floor, visuals, and guest interactions.

• 6+ years of experience in retail leadership or business management within premium or high-growth brands.
