Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Retail Strategy & Operations team, owning the backend data that fuels what customers see when shopping Retail on DoorDash. You’ll become the authority on merchant data quality, define standards, and build systems to scale as we expand across categories.

You’ll partner with the Catalog team on attribute creation, map feeds to DoorDash standards, and run enrichment programs to hit coverage targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytic, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with data quality, catalogs or merchant data preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment and catalog mapping at scale.
• Set data quality standards and build repeatable frameworks.
• Track data and PDP quality, flag gaps before customers see them.
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations.
• Collaborate with Catalog team on attributes and taxonomy.
