Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Retail Strategy & Operations team to own backend data that fuels what customers see when shopping Retail on DoorDash. You will develop deep expertise in Retail merchants and categories and define data quality standards, building systems to scale as we grow.

The role collaborates with the Catalog team on attribute creation and taxonomy, builds repeatable frameworks like style guides, and tracks data quality over time.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytics, operations or strategy.
• AI-native approach with tools like Claude, Copilot, and other AI platforms.
• Ownership mindset with ability to build from concept to outcome.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping to hit data coverage targets at scale.
• Set and scale data quality standards, developing style guides and quality rubrics.
• Track data and PDP quality over time, proactively flag gaps before customers see them.
• Partner with Catalog on attribute creation and taxonomy definition.
