Job summary

DoorDash is expanding its Live Order Experience team within Merchant Strategy & Operations. We seek a Senior Associate to lead analysis and execute programs reducing missing and incorrect orders.

You will analyze order-level data, size problems, design tests for merchant interventions, and translate findings into practical solutions that scale across millions of orders weekly. You will report to the Senior Manager, Order Quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Excellent analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from complex datasets; SQL is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with bias toward action in a rapidly changing workspace.
• Curiosity and desire to improve through innovation.
• Grit and willingness to roll up sleeves to make things happen.
• Ability to influence and motivate across multiple functions.
• Independent translator of high-level goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategize by building the strategy for new product features and initiatives and selecting merchant segments to target.
• Analyze via models to evaluate value and opportunity costs and define success KPIs.
• Experiment with tests on adoption and optimization using data-driven decisions.
• Influence cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams.
• Make things happen by handling complexity in a structured, action-oriented way.
