Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate to join the Retail Strategy & Operations team to own the backend data that fuels what customers see when shopping Retail on DoorDash. This role will develop deep expertise in Retail merchants and categories and become the team's authority on data quality, defining best-in-class product and merchant data and building systems to keep it clean as we scale.

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• AI native with the ability to integrate AI into daily workflows using tools like Claude, Cursor and Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping to hit data coverage targets at scale.
• Set and scale data quality standards, building frameworks like style guides and quality rubrics.
• Track data and PDP quality over time and flag gaps before reaching customers.
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations.
• Partner with Catalog on attribute creation and taxonomy definition.
