Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Retail Strategy & Operations team to own backend data that powers what customers see in DoorDash Retail. You will become the authority on data quality and build systems to keep merchant data clean as we scale.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product, requiring strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and a passion for AI-enabled automation. Hybrid work is offered with some in‑person days.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping to hit data coverage targets at scale.
• Set and scale data quality standards, building repeatable frameworks like style guides and quality rubrics.
• Track data and PDP quality over time, proactively flagging gaps before they reach customers.
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations.
• Partner with Catalog team on attribute creation and taxonomy definition.
