Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate for the Retail Strategy & Operations team to own the backend data powering what customers see in Retail on our marketplace. You will build expertise in Retail merchants and categories, defining data quality standards and building scalable systems as we expand.

You will collaborate with the Catalog team on attributes and taxonomy, create repeatable data quality frameworks, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional roles
• AI tools and workflows familiarity (e.g., Claude, Copilot) beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping to hit data coverage targets at scale
• Set and scale data quality standards with repeatable frameworks like style guides and rubrics
• Track data and PDP quality over time and flag gaps before customers see them
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations
• Collaborate with Catalog team on attribute creation and taxonomy definition
