Qualifications

• Five to eight years in consulting or relevant industry experience, with experience in systems implementations and merger integration.
• Experience in IT architecture, IT assessment, and IT performance improvement.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to align technology with portfolio goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑acquisition IT diligence across ERP, WMS, CRM, and related systems.
• Design and execute merger‑integration and carve‑out IT plans.
• Drive Day‑1 and 100‑day post‑deal IT integration and performance improvements.
• Manage cloud migrations and cloud spend optimization.
• Provide IT infrastructure and operations support when needed.
• Engage in transition service agreement negotiations and governance.
