Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Boston seeks a Senior Associate level project manager for a dedicated PEPI HR M&A position. A strong candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in an HR consulting role, with depth in total rewards or supported M&A projects.

You will demonstrate solid project management, handle data room activities, build workforce and compensation models, and prepare diligence reports while coordinating with client advisors and other practice groups across A&M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR consulting or M&A experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the online data room and coordinating diligence activities.
• Developing workforce and compensation models for HR diligence.
• Drafting and delivering detailed diligence reports.
• Liaising with client advisors and cross‑practice groups across A&M.
