Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking aSenior Associate for PEPI HR M&A, a role within private equity and HR consulting. You will apply project management, analytical skills, and communication to support pre- and post‑deal HR diligence across total rewards, benefits, and HR operations.

The position requires 3–6 years in HR consulting, with depth in M&A preferred; exposure to data room management, financial models, and cross‑practice coordination across A&M teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR M&A projects across pre- and post-deal lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client advisors.
• Build and review HR diligence analyses and reports.
