The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for the Associate Director of Student Engagement. This role leads programming and support services for OSM degree programs, driving strategies to improve student retention and satisfaction.

Hybrid work arrangements may be available; UNC Chapel Hill requires proximity to the duty station in North Carolina. The Associate Director oversees budgeting, benchmarking, and cross-unit collaboration to enhance the graduate student

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Experience working in higher education and/or working with student populations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategy for programming and support services delivered to OSM students.
• Regularly assess efforts, report outcomes, and implement changes that enhance student experiences.
• Manage the student engagement operating budget and allocate resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with OSM Admissions and Career Services, Financial Aid, Veterans Affairs, and other units to support student success.
