University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Regional Programs Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and communications for the Regional Programs Office on the Chapel Hill campus.

This role directly supervises the Regional Programs Associate, coordinates all large donor meetings and events, and supports cultivation and stewardship activities while tracking the department budget and ad hoc projects. 40 hours/week, full-time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems and quick learning of new software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and communications for the Regional Programs Office.
  • Organize and execute large internal and external meetings and events for donors, prospects and University leadership.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of cultivation and stewardship activities.
  • Develop and track the department budget and ad hoc project budgets.
  • Serve as the office manager for the Regional Programs Office and first point of contact.
  • Liaise between high-level prospects and internal customers and leadership.
