Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0-2 years of experience or a combination of related education and experience may be accepted.
• Experience working in higher education and/or with student populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute programming and support services for OSM students to enhance engagement and retention.
• Manage the student engagement operating budget and allocate resources.
