Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with equivalent experience in higher education administration or related field.
• Minimum four years of professional experience in a college/university environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the University and Division Mission and Vision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with students and campus partners in support of Spartan Experience.
• Implement and maintain SE opportunities in Spartan Connect following best practices.
• Develop and lead marketing of the Spartan Experience to students and assist with event staffing.
• Directly oversee outreach for SE and Spartan Connect by building partnerships and providing support.
• Monitor engagement across divisions to increase SE participation with student outreach.
• Coordinate with supervisor on engagement trends and data access with campus partners.
• Act as primary University representative with Spartan Connect vendor.
• Supervise graduate assistant assigned to Student and Family Engagement.
