• Deliver educational services and events for Specialized Master's Programs students.
• Develop and implement programming strategies for student engagement.
• Manage the student engagement operating budget.
• Collaborate with OSM Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, Veterans Affairs, and other university units.
• Assess program outcomes and implement improvements.
• Research trends in graduate business education and benchmark against top programs.
• Create and implement policies related to student services.
