Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Senior Associate, Broker Dealer Operations to act as a subject-matter expert inside the CCM team, keeping accounts, trades, cash and transfers accurate and scalable. You will build durable controls, partner with Apex and internal teams, and drive automation to reduce manual work.

You will lead end-to-end workflows, document SOPs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to test functionality and improve tooling, dashboards, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services operations with broker-dealer experience in U.S. equities lifecycle.
• Ability to manage complex issues across multiple systems and drive remediation without preset runbooks.
• Experience authoring SOPs, runbooks, and audit materials in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own broker-dealer operations workflows across reconciliations, corporate actions, transfers, account maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
• Perform daily reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex, investigate breaks, document root causes, and drive closure.
• Coordinate remediation across multiple teams to manage incidents and improve controls.
