Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Broker Dealer Operations to own and optimize US equities operational workflows.

You will manage reconciliations, corporate actions, securities transfers, account maintenance, and regulatory reporting, partnering with Apex and internal teams to drive scalable processes and durable controls. Qualifications

5+ years in financial services operations with broker-dealer experience.
Direct experience in US equities trade lifecycle (order processing, settlement, transfers).
Ability to author or improve SOPs, runbooks, and control documents.

Responsibilities

Own broker-dealer operations workflows across reconciliations, corporate actions, transfers, account maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
Perform daily reconciliations and investigate breaks with root-cause analysis.
Coordinate remediation across multiple teams to resolve incidents and ensure timely completion.
Develop audit-ready documentation and improve tooling, dashboards, and automation.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into features and tests.
