Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services operations with U.S. equities experience.
• Ability to manage complex issues across multiple systems without runbooks.
• Experience drafting SOPs, runbooks, and controls in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own broker-dealer operations workflows, including reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Perform daily reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex records; document root causes.
• Coordinate remediation across teams to resolve incidents and improve controls.
• Create audit-ready SOPs, runbooks, and process maps.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to define requirements and improve tooling.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and boost resilience.
