You will partner with Transformation Office and AI teams to shape strategy, manage multiple work streams, and deliver outcomes that impact across the firm. A background in strategy consulting or corporate strategy is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy team
• Proficient in using consulting toolkit and analytical methods
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
• Entrepreneurial leadership and initiative demonstrated in prior roles
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to top strategic priorities
• Develop innovative solutions to transform business model and product offering
• Understand financial services innovation (AI/LLM, ML, RPA) to reimagine the future of D&PS
• Prepare for and participate in stakeholder interviews to gather requirements
• Support multiple project work streams and manage deadlines
