Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy leadership.
• Experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical methods.
• Strong client management and executive communication skills.
• Proactive initiative and entrepreneurial leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to top priorities.
• Develop innovative solutions to transform business model and product offering.
• Understand financial services innovation (AI/LLM, ML, RPA) to reimagine the future of D&PS.
• Prepare for and listen well in meetings; gather baseline information and execute follow-ups.
• Support multiple project work streams.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues.
• Manage deadlines and timeframes, escalating issues as needed.
