Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy/ corporate strategy team
• Experience with a consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools
• Strong client management and executive-level communication
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to strategic priorities
• Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering
• Understand innovation in financial services and emerging technologies (AI/LLM, ML, RPA) to reimagine the future of D&PS
• Prepare for and participate in stakeholder interviews to gather baseline information and work with business partners to clarify / execute follow-up requests
• Support multiple project work streams
• Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues
• Manage deadlines and timeframes, proactively escalating issues, as needed
