What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key client accounts to exceed target annual revenue goals and enhance client satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of client business priorities and ensure comprehensive engagement strategies
- Lead deal origination efforts, maintaining a balanced pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling business cases and value propositions post-deal origination
- Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to discuss progress and address challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data analytics)
- Familiarity with state and federal government programs like TriCare, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Proven track record in originating new opportunities within large client organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills to engage with all client levels, including CXOs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans and/or providers
- High familiarity with digital practices and the ability to articulate Gen AI use cases
- Appreciation for various delivery models including analytics and platform-enabled services
- Active DOD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
