What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key client relationships to exceed target annual revenue goals
- Develop a deep understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
- Originate and maintain a balanced pipeline of deals across various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions and business cases
- Facilitate regular business review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data analytics)
- Experience with state and federal government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
- Proven track record of originating new opportunities in complex client organizations
- US Citizenship status and ability to obtain a Security Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including Gen AI use cases
- Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
- Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, capable of engaging with CXO-level clients
- Active DOD Security Clearance is preferred
