What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key client relationships, collaborating with Operations and Service Line General Managers to exceed revenue goals
- Develop a deep understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
- Drive individual deal origination and maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape business cases and craft compelling value propositions
- Ensure high client satisfaction through participation in CSAT processes and regular business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., payer, provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital ops, or D&A)
- Familiarity with digital practices and solutions, including Gen AI use cases
- Experience in state and federal government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
- Proven track record of originating new opportunities within large, complex client organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active DOD Security Clearance is preferred
- Experience selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans and/or providers
- Strong appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and platform-enabled services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to engage at all client levels
