What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage key client relationships, collaborating with Operations and Service Line General Managers to meet revenue goals
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client accounts and prioritize business needs
  3. Lead deal origination efforts, maintaining a balanced pipeline of opportunities
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to shape business cases and value propositions post-deal origination
  5. Ensure high client satisfaction and participation in feedback processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
  2. Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data and analytics)
  3. Familiarity with state and federal government programs (e.g., TriCare, Medicaid, Medicare)
  4. Proven track record of originating new opportunities within complex client organizations
  5. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, with an active DOD Security Clearance preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in selling analytics, payments, or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
  2. Strong appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and software services
  3. Continuous upskilling and awareness of healthcare industry trends and advancements
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with CXO-level clients
