What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital ops, or analytics)
- Familiarity with state and federal government programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare)
- Proven track record in originating new opportunities within complex client organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling analytics, payments, or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
- Familiarity with digital practice solutions and Gen AI use cases
- Appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and platform-enabled services
- Active DOD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
