What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage key client relationships and collaborate with Operations and Service Line General Managers to exceed revenue goals
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client accounts and identify relevant buying centers for engagement
  3. Originate and maintain a balanced pipeline of deals, including large and small opportunities
  4. Lead collaborative efforts post-deal origination to shape business cases and value propositions
  5. Ensure high client satisfaction through regular reviews and effective communication with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
  2. Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital ops, or data analytics)
  3. Familiarity with state and federal government programs such as TriCare, Medicaid, and Medicare
  4. Proven experience in originating new business opportunities within complex client organizations
  5. U.S. Citizenship status and ability to obtain a Security Clearance; active DOD Security Clearance preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans and providers
  2. Appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and platform-enabled services
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, particularly at the CXO level
  4. Continuous learning mindset with a focus on healthcare industry trends and digital advancements
