What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key client relationships and collaborate with Operations and Service Line General Managers to exceed revenue goals
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client accounts and identify relevant buying centers for engagement
- Originate and maintain a balanced pipeline of deals, including large and small opportunities
- Lead collaborative efforts post-deal origination to shape business cases and value propositions
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular reviews and effective communication with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital ops, or data analytics)
- Familiarity with state and federal government programs such as TriCare, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Proven experience in originating new business opportunities within complex client organizations
- U.S. Citizenship status and ability to obtain a Security Clearance; active DOD Security Clearance preferred
