What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key client relationships and collaborate with Operations to exceed revenue goals
- Develop a deep understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
- Drive deal origination and maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities
- Lead internal collaboration to shape business cases and value propositions post-deal origination
- Organize and lead regular business review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
- Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data analytics)
- Familiarity with state and federal government programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare)
- Proven track record of originating new opportunities within large client organizations
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance; active DOD Security Clearance preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans and/or providers
- High familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including Gen AI use cases
- Strong communication, presentation, and reasoning skills for engaging with all client levels
- Appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and platform-enabled services
