Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure displays and seasonal areas are well-maintained.

You will participate in opening and closing procedures, process directives, supervise and train store associates, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions and provide friendly service.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal displays.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
