Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure store areas and merchandise flow smoothly.

The role emphasizes opening/closing procedures, adherence to policies, training Store Associates, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Coach Store Associates and ensure professional, friendly service.
• Ensure safety policies and store standards are followed.
