Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, deliver strong customer service, and guide team development.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow, scheduling, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This position supports the Store Manager and will partner with associates to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness and promotional displays.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery or drug store environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Process directives, payroll, scheduling and cash deposits.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect assets and adhere to safety and policies.
• Assist Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Keep store clean and presentable at all times.
