Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and maintain merchandise flow from trucks to shelves, ensuring seasonal displays are well-kept and compliant with company standards. You will also help with opening/closing, implement directives, manage payroll and scheduling records, and support loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
