Qualifications

• Minimum three years sales/customer service experience

• Must be registered under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or become registered upon hire and maintain license

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leading sales process to achieve targets and grow branch revenue
• Lead internal and external partnerships to drive business banking results
• Ensure differentiated client experience and multi-channel service delivery
• Coach and develop staff to improve client financial well-being and sales results
