Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager IV to oversee Central Energy Plant (CEP) operations for a campus, review energy usage daily, and implement best practices to optimize plant performance across multiple facilities.

You will mentor the owner's staff on energy strategies, manage subcontractors and operators, maintain the Plant Operating Manual, and coordinate EPC with OMC to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable energy delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing multiple sites or equivalent central plant/facility experience
• Well-versed in building codes and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CEP operations and O&M practices
• Travel readiness: 10-25% of time to job sites/offices

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and guide modifications to operations
• Mentor owner on energy strategies and optimization
• Manage CEP O&M including subcontractors and internal service providers
• Maintain and update the Plant Operating Manual
• Coordinate EPC activities with OMC and field operations
• On-site troubleshooting coordination with remote support teams
• Lead one or more Asset Manager teams as required
