Job summary

ENFRA seeks an Asset Manager IV in Los Angeles to oversee the Central Energy Plant operations for multiple facilities, reviewing energy usage daily and guiding best practices. You will mentor staff on energy strategies and coordinate CEP O&M with contractors to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 6+ years of site or central plant leadership, strong building code knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined site/plant management or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage and guide best practices for campus facilities.
• Mentor the owner's staff on energy strategies and CEP O&M.
• Manage Central Energy Plant operations, maintenance, and contractors.
• Oversee CEP maintenance reserves and plant efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate EPC activities and on-site troubleshooting with remote teams.
• Lead teams of Asset Managers and coordinate across sites.
• Develop and maintain Plant Operating Manual.
