Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an Asset Manager IV to work with a portfolio of customers, reviewing energy usage and strategies to implement best practices for CEP O&M across multiple facilities. The role involves mentoring the owner's staff on energy strategies and overseeing CEP operations and maintenance with contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in central plant management or related field, strong knowledge of codes, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with EPC teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years in managing multiple sites or central plant/facility leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and improvements.
• Mentor owner on energy strategies.
• Manage Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including subcontractors and staff.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate with EPC team on engineering, procurement and construction activities.
