Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Asset Manager III to oversee energy usage strategies and the Central Energy Plant Operations and Maintenance for campus facilities in the Cincinnati area. You will mentor the owner's staff and coordinate with EPC teams to optimize energy performance across multiple sites.

The role requires 4+ years in site management or central plant leadership, strong knowledge of codes, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Travel 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing multiple sites or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and best practices.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies.
• Manage Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance and coordinate with subcontractors and operators.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Ensure plant efficiency with operators and maintenance teams.
• Train Plant Operators on procedures and safety.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams for troubleshooting and support.
