Job summary

ENFRA LLC in California is seeking an Asset Manager IV to oversee energy usage strategies for a campus portfolio and to ensure best-practice operation and maintenance of the Central Energy Plant (CEP).

You will mentor the owner's staff on CEP O&M and energy optimization, coordinate with EPC teams, and manage multiple sites or teams to drive reliable, efficient performance across facilities. This role requires 6+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing multiple sites or central plant/facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with contractors and EPC coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and best practices.
• Mentor the owner's staff on energy strategies.
• Manage CEP O&M including subcontractors and operators.
• Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for CEP.
• Coordinate with EPC team on engineering, procurement and construction.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support.
• Lead one or more Asset Manager teams.
• Develop and maintain Plant Operating Manual.
