Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks an Asset Manager III to oversee energy usage reviews and strategy implementation across campus facilities. You will manage the CEP O&M, coordinate with operators and subcontractors, and mentor on energy practices for ongoing campus projects.

Responsibilities include training Plant Operators, maintaining the Plant Operating Manual, and coordinating with EPC teams to ensure efficient, compliant operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing multiple sites or equivalent central-plant experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily energy usage and provide guidance on best practices.
• Mentor the campus owner's staff on energy strategies and operations.
• Manage CEP O&M, including subcontractors and internal service providers.
• Coordinate EPC efforts with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
