Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing multiple sites or equivalent leadership roles.
• Well versed in building codes and associated standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the energy infrastructure sector and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and best practices for operations.
• Mentor the site owner on energy strategies.
• Manage CEP O&M including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
• Maintain CEP Maintenance Reserve Accounts and coordinate with operators for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual and coordinate EPC-related activities.
